It is not a phone advice line and it is not a compliance guarantee. You stay the principal contractor and the duty holder; Gate Board is the system that makes the inducting, the signing on and the record-keeping happen without you chasing paper. If you want an advisor on call, the bigger systems sell that and you should buy it.

It was built on Victoria’s OHS Regulations 2017, so the high-risk work list and the coordination plan are Victoria-shaped. Inductions, SWMS sign-on, registers and incident reports work anywhere in Australia.
They see a red “see the supervisor” screen and you get an email with a one-tap clear link. The stop is recorded either way. The gate never lets the phone override the server.
Your dashboard pauses. Gate QR codes keep working for a week so nobody is stranded on a Monday morning. Your records are kept 90 days and sent to you as PDFs on request.
